Main Job Tasks and Responsibility
Explore new potential business/customers in the GTM industries. Develop marketing strategies to enhance the GTM business. Helps lead diversification efforts of Fusite China business into areas other than AC/R by exploiting the core technologies and competencies of the organization as well as the Fusite and Emerson brand Coordinates the internal efforts within Sales, Engineering and Fusite's Global Sales/Marketing procurement/Materials to develop new business; helps develop business processed where nedded. Formulate the marketing plans and projects to develop/penetrate the target markets. Track and compile new market development information, industry trends and competitive activity. Provide detailed reports or summaries on customers' technical and marketing needs that should develop into strategic recommendations and solutions. Communicate with new and existing customer to identify and follow-up on new product and /or new business opportunities. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Strong knowledge of internet search engine/on-line marketing in AP market. Manage and maintain documentation in response to customer RFIs and RFQs. Continuously analysis customer research, current market conditions and monitor all competitor activity. Critical Requirement
・ Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred
・ MBA required
・ Industrial O.E.M. Outside Sales and Marketing experience preferred
・ Experience in industrial marketing in B2B environment preferred
・ Working knowledge of MS-Office required
